• Answering phones, emails, and walk ins to show apartments and answer lease inquiries.
• Completing Section 8 paperwork.
• General building and apartment turn-over cleaning.
• Walking the halls and grounds to ensure the doors are secured.
• Maintaining vacant apartments.
• Keep garbage picked up around the property at all times.
• Keep all tenant and building information confidential.
• Assisting the maintenance staff with tasks, as needed such as light maintenance, repairs, replacements and upkeep of property and rental units, snow removal from sidewalks, lawn mowing.
• Prepare, review, and executes leases with new and renewing residents.
• Enforce property rules.
• Run errands, when necessary.
• Mediating disputes between neighbors.
• Overseeing the property grounds and landscaping.
• Showing available apartments to prospective tenants.
• Responding to emergency situations that arise.
• Handling/processing lease and application paperwork in accordance to company requirements.
• Assist with move-in appointments with new tenants.
• Report to Management Company.
