GC Real Estate Partners is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician - Little Falls Near Little Falls, MN
Job description
We are looking for an experienced maintenance person to work at our 124 unit apartment building in Little Falls, MN - Park Place Apartments & Townhomes. Hours will vary, depending on need on any after hours emergencies that arise. This position will be approximately 40 hours per week.
Partial List of Duties:
- Snow shoveling and plowing
- Painting
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Boiler Maintenance
- General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work
- Drywall repair
- High attention to detail
- Must be able to cost effectively analyze work needed and problem solve
- Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction.
Ideal candidate will:
- be able to start ASAP
- will live within 15 minutes of the property in Little Falls.
Criminal background check will be done. Must have your own tools, we do provide larger equipment and some tools for you. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be available for being on call for after hours emergencies.
