Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join Enroll365’s team as an Health Benefit Specialist. As an Health Benefit Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for employer groups, providing expert guidance on Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) plans, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. In addition to those obligations you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with employer groups, while effectively managing the enrollment process and providing ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
⁃ Educate and advise individuals on the benefits and requirements of the ICHRA.
⁃ Assist clients in understanding their health insurance needs and selecting appropriate coverage options.
⁃ Conduct detailed needs assessments to determine the most suitable ICHRA plans for clients.
⁃ Explain plan features, benefits, and limitations to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.
⁃ Assist clients with enrollment processes, including completing applications, submitting required documentation, and resolving any issues or questions.
⁃ Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
⁃ Stay up to date with the latest developments and changes in the health insurance industry, particularly related to ICHRA guidelines and regulations.
⁃ Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Requirements:
⁃ Proven experience in sales, ideally in the health insurance sector.
⁃ Familiarity with various health insurance plans, including their coverage options, limitations, and pricing structures.
⁃ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
⁃ Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
⁃ Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
⁃ Proficiency in using insurance management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Working Conditions / Essential Functions:

• This position enjoys the benefits and climate control of a quiet office environment. Employees are provided with ergonomically sound workspaces. Work is accomplished at a computer terminal either sitting or standing. Employees must access, input and retrieve information from the computer system. Comfort and efficiency are considered in employee workspaces. Daily work includes computer interfacing, data entry, communications (electronic and physical), movement throughout the office, attending meetings, etc. This position may require travel for client events such as health fairs, presentations, food demos, etc.
