Job Overview:

The Warehouse Netsuite Coordinator at GBC Food Services, LLC plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence in our warehouse. This individual ensures the accuracy and maintenance of orders, inventory, and supplies, particularly focusing on NetSuite management. The role demands collaboration with various departments to uphold the company's standards in efficiency and accuracy.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring effective training, performance management, and task allocation.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and other departmental heads to streamline warehouse operations.
• Facilitate a team-oriented environment that meets operational targets and maintains high morale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure meticulous maintenance of orders, inventory, and supplies within the NetSuite system, guaranteeing real-time data accuracy.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain Director, Warehouse Manager, Accounting, and Operations departments to align warehouse activities with company standards and objectives.
• Utilize data analytics to optimize warehouse operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Engage in continuous communication with relevant departments to ensure inventory levels and order fulfillment meet company standards.
• Implement and uphold safety and organizational standards within the warehouse, aligning with regulatory compliance and best practices.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, particularly related to inventory and order management.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required; higher education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse coordination, with specific experience in using NetSuite and data analytics tools.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to engage in physical warehouse activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to operate or learn to operate necessary warehouse machinery.

Work Environment:

• The position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment, which can be fast-paced and may require adapting to various weather conditions.
