Job Overview:

The Franchise Recruiter at GBC Food Services, LLC plays a pivotal role in expanding the company's franchise network. This individual is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential franchisees who align with the company's brand values and growth objectives. The Franchise Recruiter will use various recruitment strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a seamless integration process for new franchise partners.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• May lead cross-functional teams to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality franchise candidates.
• Screen and qualify potential franchisees based on the company's criteria and growth goals.
• Conduct initial interviews and facilitate discovery days for prospective franchisees.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment materials and advertisements.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and pipeline status to senior management.
• Work closely with legal and compliance departments to ensure all franchising regulations are met.
• Assist in the development and refinement of the franchisee onboarding process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of franchising trends and best practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, franchising, or a similar role.

Physical Requirements:

• Primarily an office-based role but may require travel for meetings, conferences, and franchise visits.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced office environment with frequent deadlines and meetings.
• Requires interaction with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
