Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Programs, the Program Manager will manage day-to-day programmatic aspects of the GBAPP Basic Center. The Program Manager will supervise program staff and work closely to collaborate with Bridgeport community partners to provide support services to adolescents and their families who are at homeless or runaway . These services will include case management, temporary shelter, community outreach and access to other services deemed necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Bridgeport Community Partners to triage referrals to GBAPP’s Basic Center staff for intake, assessment and temporary shelter services.
• Provide Crisis Intervention
• Monitors local, state and federal contracts with funded agencies and programs
• Works with GBAPP Grants Manager and staff on grant writing on collaborative projects with other agencies.
• Maintains and strengthens collaborative relationships with other health and social service organizations, government agencies and business community
• Represents the Program Director as needed at conferences and related activities
• Assists in seeking out new funding opportunities at local, state, and federal levels, including engaging donors as appropriate.
• Assists with quality assurance and evaluation of funded program.
• Reports to funding sources as required by grant guidelines and reporting procedures
• Performs other related duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
