The Site Development Group at GBA is looking to expand services to our Leander, Texas office and is in search of a Regional Team Lead. The Site Development team provides site design and construction documents for a wide variety of commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential developments including mixed use, office, retail, multi and single family residential, warehouse/distribution, medical, and recreational facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a consulting environment with a proven ability to lead a group of engineers, a strong interest and ability to cultivate new business through client engagement, and superior project management skills. The role will suit a self-motivated individual who is aspiring to take a lead role in business development, project delivery and management of a dynamic team.
