Infrastructure Solutions, LLC. is currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to support its growth. This position works with a variety of employees in it’s sister companies using resources to manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, a partnership approach and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Be a team player on construction projects – working with architects, engineers, field staff, owners, subs, etc.
• Interact with clients and design team as needed to resolve issues and expedite construction work
• Estimating of projects – quantity takeoff, subcontractor pricing assistance
• Schedule development and management
• Project bidding and buyout
• Project Budget Management
• Coordination and management of field supervision, as well as subcontractors on construction projects
• Review project estimates with operations team (field and office) to ensure logistical and site considerations are included
• Interacting with clients and design team as needed to resolve issues and expedite the work
• Safety assistance while on job sites

Requirements:

• Degree in construction management or similar discipline
• 4 years of experience in civil, commercial and/or utility construction
• Alternative delivery projects knowledge is a plus
• Hands on construction experience is desired but not required
• Partnership approach to working with architects and engineers
• MS Office Suite knowledge and excellent computer skills
• Proficient in MS Project
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player
• Self-motivation and time management skills
• Some travel is required
