We are looking for skilled Machine Operators/Assemblers. Operators have the potential to run multiple machines, such as Punch Presses, Brake Presses, Spot Welders, Lasers, and Welders. Qualified candidates need to be detailed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Work Practices
• Produce quality parts
• Perform measurement checks and inspections at various stages of production to assure quality
• Work from drawings and specifications on a work order.
• Use of micrometers, calipers, etc. to inspect/measure/visually check parts to ensure they conform to specifications Math skills required for calculating and adjusting bends
• Computer use to record, create, and print: routing tickets, work orders, quality checks, etc.
• Set up and operate all assembly equipment.

• Assist in equipment maintenance as directed.

• Produce and verify parts as outlined in procedures and work instructions in the department manual.

• Make Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor aware of changes needed to process routers and procedures as necessary.

• Make Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor aware of safety issues and concerns.

• Perform general housekeeping duties as directed.

• Make Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor aware of any non-conformance in product.

• Perform duties as directed by Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work overtime
• Pass a Drug Screen and have a Favorable Background
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter and motivated to work
