Seeking Motivated Experienced Architectural Metal Fabricator

Gauge Design Group has an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time position with our Metal Fabrication team. We are a fast-growing company providing custom casework, woodwork, and metal fabrications throughout Seattle and beyond. We are known for taking on projects that other shops say are not possible. We are looking to add exceptional craftspeople to our team to both build and install work.

The right candidate should possess:

• 5 years of experience in high end custom Architectural Metal Fabrication and Installation
• A willingness to be challenged and a strong drive to produce work at the highest level
• Ability to work independently in addition to as part of a team
• The ability to read blueprints, take precise measurements and execute shop math
• A keen eye for detail
• A willingness to carry out a wide variety of tasks, often physically demanding, with a positive attitude and eagerness to gain proficiency
• Ability to share knowledge and contribute to an “Always Learning and Improving” environment
• Be looking for a long-term career
• Bonus points if you have experience with patinas and metal finishing

Compensation and Benefits:

• Wages starting at $30 per hour for experienced candidates
