Overview

Part Time RN needed for 3:00pm - 11:00pm shifts

Signing Bonuses are offered! 

Schedule: Every other weekend and two weekdays every other week (16 hours per week)

Who We’re Looking For

A successful LPN or RN who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and doesn’t shy away from honest and caring — yet sometimes difficult — conversations. This position is for you if you’re able to treat others with dignity, compassion, and respect, even in life’s most challenging moments.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities in this role may include:

  • Perform initial nursing assessment for clients within 24 hours of admission in accordance with established program policies and state regulation.
  • Arrange appropriate appointments with Health Care Providers to secure complete physical examinations, as well as required additional health screenings and supplemental tests.
  • Administer medications, as well supervise the self-administered medications, where appropriate and allowed by regulation.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies and accurate records of same in compliance with governing regulations and agency policy.
  • Other related duties as assigned by Nurse Manager or designee.

Qualifications

Education/Training: Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing. Must have good standing license valid in the state in which you will be practicing. Must also possess current CPR Certification.

Experience: New Grads and Newly Licensed RNs are welcomed and encouraged to apply as direct job experience is not a requirement for this position. Experience in working within the Behavioral Health/Substance Use Disorder and/or Department of Corrections field preferred but is not required. We are eager to teach those that are fast learners, are confident, and can successfully meet the required expectations for this position!
