We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern / Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our recruiting team to develop and implement YouTube content and video content for use across multiple social media platforms. You will have the chance to learn and grow while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and curating content for social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to brainstorm ideas, develop campaigns, and execute marketing initiatives for employee engagement and marketing purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Assist in organizing and promoting recruiting events, employee testimonials,

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their features (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
