Gateway is Hiring an Independent Living Program Team Lead Near Birmingham, AL

Gateway seeks a skilled, organized, energetic, customer service-oriented and committed professional for a position as Team Lead in our Independent Living Program. Gateway's Independent Living Program is committed to helping teens in foster care launch into adulthood while becoming strong, connected and contributing members of our communities.
The Independent Living Program ensures that Gateway continues to exceed national statistics helping foster youth graduate from high school, get jobs and become strong young adults through teaching and coaching of ILP skills. The Independent Living Program Team Lead will also support a team of Independent Living Family and Child Specialists with the tools and training they need to provide the best services possible.
Master’s degree in social work, human services or related field. LCSW or LPC preferred. Minimum of 2 years successful paid supervisory experience in a social service setting preferred. Proficient with Electronic Health Record, email, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends when needed. Birmingham based position but requires reliable transportation with the ability to work with staff in Tuscaloosa, and Huntsville as needed. Driving record and insurance as required by Gateway’s insurer.
