• Graphic Design: Create high quality and engaging marketing and communications assets for print, digital and social media in support of all association departments.
• Print Preflight: Preflight projects for printing. Manage relationships and work with printing, mailing and other vendors on projects as needed.
• Marketing: Work with assigned program teams to develop, create and implement strategic initiatives in support of program goals, including marketing campaigns for membership and program registration, volunteer recruitment, philanthropy and others as assigned.
• Videography: In cooperation with the Director of Creative and Design, shoot and edit long-form and short-form video content such as: testimonials, interviews, promotional video ads, digital displays and others as needed.
• Brainstorm new ideas and content for videos, social media posts, digital displays, YouTube channels, and other multimedia projects as assigned.
• Assist with the development of environmental interior graphics and signage at renovated facilities.
• Serve as photographer for select events and individual projects as needed.
• Highly organized with proven ability to be an innovative, creative, proactive and self-directed team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all materials adhere to Y USA brand guidelines and help monitor design compliance with guidelines throughout the association.
• Ensure budgets are followed and met on all projects. 
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
