Refrigeration Sales Coordinator

JOB DUTIES:

• Process sales orders and prepare correspondence with sales team and customers
• Confirm accuracy of orders, resolve any discrepancies and create cost sheet for sales orders
• Creates reports for upper management regarding monthly sales results and team earnings
• Assist the sales team with the development of sales deals
• Set up new account information
• Perform administrative duties for the sales team
• Provide monthly billing & contracts for Telematics
• Ability to follow up and coordinate with sales team to ensure effective communication
• Assist customers with questions and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
• Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Organized and detail oriented
• Time management skills with the ability to complete all assigned tasks
• Proficient with Excel & Microsoft Word
• Ability to manage many projects simultaneously and quickly adjust priorities
• Accounting experience is beneficial but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate work with co-workers
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and customers
• Self- Aware: ability to handle stress under pressure
• Flexibility to meet changing demands
• Excellent customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree or equivalent within a related field
• 1-4 years of experience as a Sale Coordinator or similar position
