Job Duties:

• Responsible for picking up and delivering trucks to customer locations
• Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the shop environment
• Ensure cleanliness of interior and exterior of vehicles
• Drive and handle all vehicles responsibly to ensure safety
• Shuttle drivers to and from customer locations as needed
• Assist customers with any questions or needs they may have to ensure customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Competencies:

• Knowledge and experience with mechanics or a related field is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent customer service
• Flexibility to meet changing demands

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class B CDL driver's license with clean driving record
• 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar position beneficial but not required
