Outside Parts & Service Sales Representative

As a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino dealership, we have 13 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin.

Job Duties :

• Present and promote products and services to drive sales
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current customers
• Determine customer needs and propose appropriate parts and service solutions
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product lines
• Identify potential product lines to add to our business
• Travel to customer locations to demonstrate products & services
• Assist customers with purchasing and billing questions
• Follow up on new leads and referrals
• Communicate with parts and service team to ensure prompt service of sale
• Gather information on products, pricing, new product offerings, delivery schedules and sales techniques used by competitors to ensure we provide superior customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Basic math skills
• 2 years' experience in the sales field
