The GLAD (Gateway Leadership and Development Program) While working as a charge nurse (8/12 hr shifts available) full-time, multi-month program in which you obtain practical on-the-job training in a facility under the direct supervision of an experienced Director of Nursing mentor. This is a unique and intensive on-the-job training program designed for individuals seeking to be a Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

Gateway Nebraska Healthcare is looking for experienced nurses who may be interested in exploring a leadership training program opportunity. The training program includes: The charge nurse will spend time on the floor training while also participating in DON specific training such as attending market meetings, QAPI, Triple Check, PDPM and much more! At the end of the program the nurse will have gained knowledge, confidence and relationships to support their clinical leadership journey.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
