As a Charitable Fundraising Associate, you will be trained to represent these non-profits and to share an enthusiastic message with their supporters while also raising needed funds.

COMPENSATION:

Our starting pay rate for Full Time is increasing to $18/hr, effective April 1st! If you've started prior to that date, you would be under our existing rate of $16/hr until April 1st.)
  • FULL-TIME = $18 - $20 Hourly.
  • PART-TIME = $16 Hourly.

FULL-TIME SCHEDULING & HOURS:
Your choice of Full-Time schedules because what works for your life matters to us:
  • Schedule 1 FULL TIME: M-F AM​ Mondays 10AM - 6:30PM plus Tuesday- Friday 9AM - 5:30PM.
  • Schedule 2 FULL TIME: M-F PM​ Mondays 10AM - 6:30PM plus Tuesday- Friday 10:30AM - 7PM.
  • Schedule 3 FULL TIME: T-Sat AM Tuesday- Friday 9AM - - 5:30PM plus Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM.
  • Schedule 4 FULL TIME: T-Sat PM: Tuesday - Friday 10:30AM - 7PM plus Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM.
  • Schedule 5 FULL TIME: T-Fri 9am - 7pm (10 hour shifts) 3 DAYS OFF!
PART-TIME SCHEDULING & HOURS:
  • Part-Time schedule FLEXIBLE based on your needs.
  • Most part-time folks work 6-hour shifts 9am -3pm.
  • Perfect for candidates looking to supplement their income after retirement or SSDI.
  • Part-time is 24 - 38 hours.
A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION HAS:
  • A positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer experience.
  • Passion for helping those in need.
  • Past customer service, sales, or general call center experience (preferred, but not required).
  • A desire for non-seasonal, permanent employment with a growing company.
  • The ability to work well with our coaching staff to help you develop in the job.
  • The ability to work a consistent schedule and to be a reliable team member.
