Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitors building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.
- Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities to include sweeping and mopping all tile surfaces, polish as necessary all floor space, and vacuum carpeted areas.
- Follows all written and verbal instructions.
- Ensures all cleaning supplies are stored in appropriate areas.
- Removes trash and disposes of in designated areas.
- Snow Removal
- Maintains all equipment to include:
- vacuum cleaners
- trash cans
- mop buckets
- cleaning supplies
9. Reports the need for any major repairs to management.
10. Reports and repairs emergency maintenance problems and/or environmental hazards immediately along with the building superintendent.
11. Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
12. Performs other related duties as assigned.
