Gateway Academy is a residential treatment center dedicated to the healthy development and healing of adolescent boys. Gateway is designed to serve boys ages 14 – 17 struggling with depression, anxiety, social problems, academic struggles, and other comparable challenges.

Gateway Academy's starting wage for residential mentors is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour. All mentors will receive an additional $1.00 boost through incremental pay increases within the first year of hire as follows:

• 3rd Month Following Month of Hire
• 6th Month Following Month of Hire
• 12th Month Following Month of Hire

Part-time positions available

• 40 hours a week for Full-time Benefits
• 8 - 28 hours a week for Part-time
• Typical shifts: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM or 3:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Shifts Vary Monday - Sunday
• Full time work a combination of am & pm shifts
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK PM SHIFTS
