Job Description
A client in Thousand Oaks is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team and oversee maintenance for approximately 354 units. The Maintenance Supervisor would be on-site at a 2-story walk-up (multi-family) apartment community.
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor include:

• Leading a team of Maintenance Technicians and Porters in terms of training and motivating
• Responsible for ensuring the pristine condition of the community
• Following safety standards
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets
• Perform and report on property inspections
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and recording in Yardi

Requirements
The requirements of this position include:

• 5 years minimum experience of technical work experience in areas of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, construction, etc.
• 5 years of experience in a Supervisory or Lead Maintenance role preferred
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Previous experience in residential property management, multi-family, engineering or construction
• Previous experience with annual budget preparation
• Previous experience with interior/exterior renovations
• Previous experience with Yardi
