Position: FBO General Manager

Location: GateOne Gillette, WY

Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced FBO General Manager to oversee all operations at our Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facility. The FBO General Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient facility.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the FBO facility, including personnel, safety, security, and customer service - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines - Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business and increase revenue - Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide exceptional service to customers - Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets and forecasts - Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and airport authorities - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner - Implement and maintain best practices for safety and security protocols - Oversee facility maintenance and ensure all equipment is in good working condition - Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in FBO management or a related field - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial goals
