Job description
Gate Operator Service Technician
Gatekeeper Services is now hiring! We are a local, family and veteran-owned company with 40 years experience in the gate industry.
We are immediately seeking someone who can learn quickly and perform a variety of tasks as a gate operator service technician .
Previous experience working in the gate industry or another similar environment is a plus! Our ideal candidate would meet the following criteria :

- Have great time management skills & the ability to prioritize work
- Have the ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools
- Be attentive to detail
- Be able to take direction well
- Possess excellent communication skills

Responsibilities :
- Providing superior service and customer support during service calls
- Troubleshooting, testing, repairing gates & other related equipment
- Managing on-site installation & maintenance
- Producing detailed service reports & maintaining proper documentation
- Operating vehicles and machinery in a safe manner
- Stocking & organizing truck inventory
- Following company procedures and protocols
- Gathering supplies / equipment as needed in order to accurately complete each job
- Maintaining professionalism at all times when at work
- Corresponding with management
- Have an active, unencumbered driver's license
- Additional duties upon request
Requirements :
- High school education or higher
- Background check
- Drug screening
