We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ramp Operations Supervisor to join our team in Seattle. The Ramp Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all ramp activities related to the loading and unloading of catering supplies, equipment, and products for our airline customers. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our ramp services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of ramp agents to ensure adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and service standards. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ramp personnel to optimize performance and productivity.
• Oversee all aspects of ramp operations, including the loading and unloading of catering supplies, equipment, and products onto aircraft. Coordinate with airline representatives and ground handling teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering services.
• Enforce safety regulations and compliance standards to maintain a safe working environment for all ramp personnel. Conduct regular safety inspections, provide safety training, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels of catering supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels for scheduled flights. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to replenish inventory as needed and minimize stock shortages.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of catering products and supplies during the loading and unloading process. Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, airline partners, and ground handling agencies to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of ramp activities, including flight schedules, cargo manifests, and performance metrics. Generate reports and analytics to track operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in ramp operations, airline catering, or ground handling services preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in ramp operations.
