Job Summary: - A precast Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. The Quality Technician will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, performing data collection and analysis, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control and assurance processes, as well as experience with various measurement tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and other equipment to ensure product specifications are met
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or issues in product quality
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Quality Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, CMM, etc.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
