Qualifications: CDA, Para-Pro, AA, BA/BS Degree, ECE, Education or related field.

A positive mindset, time management skills, and goal-oriented.

Must meet and comply with the requirements of child care regulatory agencies: BFTS, Quality Rated, and NAEYC.

Guide, Teach and Engage with children in the School-Age Summer Program and ECE Program.

Develop age-appropriate lesson plans to foster growth and development.

Prepare records and reports. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Work cooperatively with others.

Must pass a Background Check
