As a Patient Services Representative/Phone Operator, you will be responsible for the following:
This position requires you to answer a high volume of calls while entering and updating patient demographic information and verifying and documenting patient insurance into the EMR Medent.

Candidate must have excellent keyboard skills, the ability to multi-task and have great customer service qualities by providing exceptional patient service and ensuring a positive experience.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with medical office procedures.
- Ability to navigate electronic health record systems like Medent efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
