We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the business.Duties include:Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze data to derive actionable insights for marketing campaignsManage and uphold the brand identity across all marketing channels.Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice to strengthen brand recognitionMonitor social media platforms & marketing campaigns to optimize strategies to maximize ROI.Develop and engage in content creation for digital marketingManage the marketing budget effectively and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targetsProvide guidance, feedback, and support to sales and customer service teams.Establish KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives by generating reports to establish progress.Assist with internal and external communication to keep stakeholders informed.Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events or conferences if needed.Skills Required:Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Education & Experience required:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in marketing or related field.Certifications in marketing or related fields are a plus.This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be exhaustive.
