We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team of Installers. At Gasket Guy of NJ, you will be the go-to problem solver for any commercial kitchen refrigeration gasket, hardware or cutting board needs a client may have.

The position will be a hybrid of selling and servicing / installing of commercial kitchen refrigeration gaskets, cutting boards and other hardware.

Responsibilities :

• Prospecting new clients
• Actively selling / installing refrigeration gaskets in your selling area on restaurant equipment
• Must maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description
• Ability to work and manage time independently
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to use common tool such as hammers, saws, drills, tape measure and wrenches
• Eye for detail
• Must maintain a professional presentation and attitude

Must have drivers license and own transportation. Gas / Car allowance provided.

This position is mostly an on the road position from client to client.
