Gasconade County R-1 Schools is seeking a Building Secretary for the Middle School for the 2024-2025 school year. In this position you will work closely with the Middle School Principal and Assistant Principal to effectively manage the office. This position will interact frequently with staff/faculty, visitors, guests, students, parents and the community. This position will maintain office files and records, compile reports and perform general office duties. Strong communication skills, proficiency with computer systems, attention to detail, a positive demeanor and the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment are essential. Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. This position offers a full benefit package, time off in the summer as well as school holidays.
A high school diploma is required, additional education levels are a plus.
