Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service management, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient business operations.

Duties:

- Manage overall Gas Station operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Implement and maintain efficient POS systems for accurate order processing
- Coordinate banquet events and oversee kitchen management for optimal efficiency
- Assist in culinary aspects to ensure quality food production
- Collaborate with Assistant Managers to achieve operational excellence

Skills:

- Proven experience in Hospitality Management and Food Service Management
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety regulations and practices
- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing
- Excellent Restaurant Management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to implement effective inventory control measures
- Culinary expertise to maintain food quality standards
- Familiarity with operations and kitchen management practices
