5-day work week! No Sundays!

Shift Times:
12:00pm – 8:00pm Monday and Thursday
10:00am – 6:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Saturday

Responsibilities – Cashier / Receptionist:

Answering phones
Process service and parts customer payments
Receipt customer deposits and accounts receivable payments
Balance sales activity nightly
Filing
General office clerical and organizational tasks as assigned
Assist with customer service as needed

Qualifications/Requirements – Cashier / Receptionist:

Excellent customer service skills

Clerical experience preferred

A detailed person with good organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
General account knowledge is a plus!
Good computer skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Professional, positive attitude
