Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your expertise in CAD software and your attention to detail will be crucial in accurately translating concepts and specifications into precise drawings. Responsibilities:

- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements and specifications

- Review and analyze sketches, schematics, and other design documents

- Incorporate changes and modifications into existing drawings as required

- Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards in all drawings

- Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Skills:

- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Sketchup, Revit, and NavisWorks

- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles

- Ability to interpret sketches, schematics, and other design documents

- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
