Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, Parts floor, Parts room, ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
- Utilize phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone, taking orders and addressing any concerns
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate and promote merchandise to customers
- Collaborate with dealership team members to ensure order fulfillment and timely delivery of products

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of basic computing to look up parts and check customers out
