RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides exceptional customer service
• Analyze and perform directives on work orders
• Gather components, parts, and tools needed to complete the installation
• Efficiently executes installations according to specifications
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and/ or replace existing gutter equipment
• Performs routine preventative maintenance
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests
• Ensures job-site cleanliness
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
• Exhibit professional conduct while on company premises, customer job site, or while operating company vehicle
• Complete all tasks in accordance with Garner Roofing Inc. quality and safety standards and honor our commitments to the customers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Three (3 ) years of Gutter Installer experience in the same or similar role
• Must be detail oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
• Must be able to do moderate lifting (up to 100 pounds)
• Must be Drug /substance free. A pre-employment drug screening will be completed upon hire
• A clean DMV record and current driver license as necessary to be added to company insurance

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
