Overview

We are seeking a full-time Key Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining assigned Key and OEM Accounts including collecting past-due balances.

Essential Functions

* Maintain, research, and collect on large volume Key and OEM Accounts to avoid delays in resolving disputed, unpaid invoices

* Assist in analyzing web orders in the Fraud Queue

* Communicate with other departments to resolve questions/problems

* Apply cash receipts to assigned accounts in a timely manner, complete daily check of AR inboxes, and serve as point of contact for individual collections

* Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly reports by deadlines given

* Maintain Key Accounts by keeping current with all unpaid issues and check applications

* Provide analysis to management in regard to key accounts status

* Work with management and legal department to secure funds from individuals in a timely manner

Basic Qualifications

* High School Diploma AND a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting area

* Must have intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet software and have the technical aptitude to handle various customer portals

* Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, work well with others, and have the ability to prioritize/multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment

* Demonstrate ability to be self-motivated with strong problem-solving/negotiation skills

* Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business

* Key Account experience

* Experience with Oracle
