Job description
Gardner Capital, a leading affordable housing and renewable energy developer, investor, and tax credit syndicator, is experiencing significant growth. With primary regional offices in St. Louis, Missouri, and Dallas, Texas, we are expanding our team. We are seeking a high-energy, professional Solar Development Analyst to oversee and direct the development of solar energy projects, ensuring successful progression from concept through to completion. This role requires strong leadership in project management, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement to meet company goals and drive growth in solar development.
Job Duties
Required Qualifications
Work Environment:
· This position requires travel, anticipated at 10 - 25% of the time, including visits to project sites and stakeholder meetings.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
· This full-time position requires consistent and regular attendance onsite. Relocation is required before starting work.
· Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in person. These hours are subject to change based upon company needs.
