Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Inventory Analyst involves conducting analysis for optimizations of inventory, including managing inventory valuation, order management, zone organization, and seasonal inventory rollover. Duties encompass handling order cancellations, adjusting ship dates, and managing substitutions while meticulously managing SKUs, UPCs, and end of life maintenance for SKU, Brand and Location. Additionally, effective communication with various stakeholders is paramount, ensuring seamless coordination in inventory operations. The analyst also coordinates disposal of obsolete inventory and ensures compliance with state regulations governing restricted products, playing a vital role in analyzing and improving inventory processes.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field (or equivalent

experience).

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Excellent written and oral communications, organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize, work creatively, and solve problems under pressure.

• Ability to work on a team and to exercise good judgement skills.
