Job Summary:

$10 an hour TIPS

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills will ensure a positive experience for all patrons.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences

-Serve food, and take food orders.

-Bus tables
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other equipment necessary for beverage preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing workstations
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Handle cash transactions using the cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction
- Follow all health and safety guidelines regarding food handling, preparation, and storage

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or food service is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with CLOVER POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
