The Seasonal Production Workers will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality garden-related products. You will perform all set-up functions and will be expected to continuously monitor quality while striving for improvement and more cost effective ways to operate. Our ideal candidate will have physical stamina (able to lift 75lbs); previous manufacturing experience and/or construction and/or warehouse experience; be a detail-oriented, self-starting team player.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent, desirable.
• Previous manufacturing and production work experience is desired.
• Ability to read and interpret drawing specifications.
• Ability to produce accurate work in a timely manner.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to do manual work for long hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
