About GSVS:* We are a multispecialty practice with boarded veterinary specialists in Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Dermatology, Cardiology, Rehabilitation, and Ophthalmology. We have also been treating felines with hyperthyroid disease with radioactive iodine since 2001! We are also proud to have two technicians here at GSVS with their VTS’s in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. Come December 2023, our Tinton Falls practice will be relocating to a larger facility in Eatontown, permitting us to take care of even more patients in the community!

Instrument Technicians at GSVS work alongside licensed veterinary technicians, emergency doctors, and veterinary specialists, ensuring that all instruments used for surgical procedures are clean and sterilized and that all operating rooms are clean and ready for use. Your role specifically ensures the safety and efficiency of surgical operations. On any given day, you can expect to do the following as an Instrument Technician:

• Clean, milk, and autoclave all instruments
• Ensure drawers, shelves, and OR is always stocked
• Wrap packs and individual instruments
• Make sure low stocked items are placed on the order list
• Maintaining and ensuring environment is sterile

• Tuesday-Saturday, 2PM-1030PM
