Garden State Eldercare is privately owned by an RN and Social Worker who are committed to their employees and clients. We are looking for a Per Diem RN to join our team. The applicant must be comfortable working independently and familiar with the culture of Home Care.

Looking for a Per Diem RN with Home Care Supervisory experience who is interested in a friendly team environment.

ONLY LICENSED REGISTERED NURSES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Clients live primarily in Essex, Morris, Union, and Passaic Counties. There may be some additional travel to other counties as needed. COMPANY CAR OR GAS REIMBURSEMENT PROVIDED.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of RN Home Care experience. We are not a Medicare or Medicaid provider, our clients are solely private pay.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

*Opening Cases.

*Supervising field staff.

*Ongoing client assessments every 30-60 days.

*Client and employee education.

*Communicating with clients and their families with issues/changes regarding care.

*Escorting clients to medical appointments when needed.

*Medication Management.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

*Current NJ license needed.

*Relevant Home Care experience.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Standard shift:

• Day shift

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Home care Nursing: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)
