Floral Designer/ Manager Requirments:

• 5 years experience
• Ability to design 4 arrangements per hour while maintaining quality work
• Ability to design custom requests without photo reference
• Ability to design funeral work such as Standing Sprays, Casket Sprays, Urn Pieces, Large Baskets, etc.
• Ability to design Bridal bouquets, Corsages, and Boutonnieres
• Designers should possess a comprehensive knowledge of flowers and plants to provide customers with well-informed answers to their questions.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and growing within our shop.
• Process customers' orders over the phone and in person, when needed.
• Confident in maintaining the shop alone, when needed.
• Available to work on Valentine's, Mother's Day, and days before Thanksgiving and Christmas (Preferred)
