Requirements:

• Assist with managing inventory for all of our ten offices.
• Oversee and help ensure smooth flowing operations
• Responsible for proper inventory receiving and inventory control activities per company guidelines
• Prepare inventory reports
• Ensure our spaces are always operating safely for our employees and our patients
• Ensure reported issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Assist in providing direction to janitorial service
• Staff and reporting relationships
• Implement, manage, and evaluate systems and projects in line with organizational goals
• Perform all phases of budgetary and operational analysis
• Oversee, track, monitor purchases, and contracts
• Work directly with leaders on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase operational efficiency
• Scheduling any repairs that any of our offices may need.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Operations management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Management: 3 years (Preferred)
