Bryn Mawr Village is seeking a Unit Clerk!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize medical record data on a daily basis.
- Schedule Resident appointments and transportations
- Answer telephone
- Perform resident identification bracelet and door tag audits
- Perform H&P and Physician progress note audits
- Scan documents into PointClickCare
- Provide administrative support to Nurse Managers and Medical Assistants as necessary.
- Perform quarterly physician compliance audit
- Respond to resident call lights
- Maintain supplies for nursing team
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in a Long-Term Care facility
- Medical Records experience preferred
- Inter-personal, organizational and problem-solving skills are required
- Ability to multitask
- Inter-personal, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to work independently
