Woodridge Village located in Southbend, IN is currently seeking a full-time LNHA-Nursing Home Administrator/Executive Director to join our wonderful team.

All candidates must have:

• Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT
• Current Nursing Home Administrator License in IN
• Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
• Competent in organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
