Eastland Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a Central Supply and Medical Records Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CENTRAL SUPPLY/MEDICAL RECORDS:

• Order needed supplies for building and residents
• Organize and maintain central supply areas
• Assist customer walk-ins as needed
• Cover other areas of the department and clerical area as needed
• Checking computer for record location, purposes of retrieval and filing
• Schedule resident appointments with nurse
• Keep resident files up to date on floor and in storage
• Input new records into resident files and electronically
• Take residents to and from appointments via the facility van
• Must have a vaild Driver's License
• Must be an STNA
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least one year experience in Transportation/Central Supply
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
• Basic computer skills
