An Assisted Living has an exciting professional opportunity for a Receptionist to direct the functions of accounts payable and accounts receivable, and the day-to-day administrative tasks within the community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and the daily operations of the business office, including administrative staff and financial activities.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external communications, including correspondence, and reports.
• Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring an efficient and well-maintained work environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in using business software and office management tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Assist the Executive Director in meeting and administrative needs of the community in accordance with current and federal, state and local standards.
