QUALIFICATIONS OF ASSISTED LIVING ADMINISTRATOR:
- Ability to show independent proficiency scheduling for a 'full load' of schedules based on the division workload and distribution norm.
- Must have an Assisted Living Residence (CALA) license
- At least two years of relevant experience preferred
- Communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
- Work well under pressure
